Can I use FilePipe on different operating systems?
Yes, FilePipe supports Windows, Linux, and macOS. We provide corresponding client programs for each operating system. You can find the download and installation instructions in the install guide.
How can I establish a file transfer pipeline?
In the console, you can drag an arrow from the source path to the destination path to establish a file transfer pipeline.
What is the pricing for FilePipe?
FilePipe service is free for personal use. However, we also offer additional premium features that require payment. You can find more information about our pricing here or refer to the documentation on Upgrade to Premium for more details.
Can I sync multiple folders simultaneously?
Yes, FilePipe allows you to create file transfer pipelines between multiple paths.
Does FilePipe support one-to-many file synchronization?
Yes, FilePipe supports one-to-many file synchronization.
How can I ensure the security of file transfers?
Currently, FilePipe's file transfers are limited to local area networks (LAN) and do not involve internet connections, so you don't need to worry about the security of file transfers.
Does FilePipe support file encryption?
Currently, file encryption is not supported by FilePipe.
Does FilePipe support integrity verification during transfers?
Yes, when establishing a file transfer pipeline, You can enable md5 verification to ensure the integrity of the files.
Can I cancel my subscription or upgrade to a higher-tier plan?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For upgrading to a higher-tier plan, additional payment will be required, and the upgrade will take effect immediately.
How can I cancel my subscription to FilePipe's service?
You can cancel your subscription by accessing your subscription information in the console.
Can I switch to a different plan?
Yes, you can switch to an existing plan at any time. For more information on pricing, please refer to FilePipe - pricing.
Is there any data or bandwidth limitation?
Currently, there are no limitations on data or bandwidth for FilePipe.
Does FilePipe have file size limitations?
FilePipe does not have any limitations on the size of transferred files.
The issue of Windows system not accepting certain file names causing transfer errors.
Do not use the following reserved names for file names:
CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM0, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT0, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, and LPT9. Also, avoid using these names followed by an extension; for example, NUL.txt and NUL.tar.gz are equivalent to NUL.
