Upgrade to Premium

In the FilePipe service, all nodes are associated with a Group. To start a Node client program, you need to create a Group and obtain the corresponding API key. However, there is a limit to the number of Nodes that can be added to each Group.

Our free plan is great, but if you need more, consider upgrading to Premium. With Premium, you get access to more features, faster support, and a better overall experience.

About Subscription and Renewal

We provide services through a subscription plan with automatic renewal. With the subscription plan, you can enjoy uninterrupted service and avoid any disruptions. Our automatic renewal feature will renew your subscription automatically when it expires, ensuring a seamless experience with our products. You can manage and adjust the automatic renewal options at any time in your control panel.

About payment methods

Currently, we only support two payment methods: Stripeopen in new window and PayPalopen in new window.

We plan to add more payment methods in the future, so stay tuned. Thank you.

About switching between different packages

After purchasing a plan, we support switching to other existing plans. If you upgrade to a higher-level plan, you will need to pay the price difference, and the upgrade will take effect immediately. Similarly, we also support switching from a higher-level plan to a lower-level plan. In this case, the remaining fees within the billing cycle will be calculated, and if there is any remaining amount, it will be refunded. Otherwise, no refund will be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and appreciate your understanding.

About unsubscribing and refunding

We support the option to cancel your subscription at any time. You can easily cancel your subscription in your control panel. Cancelling the subscription will stop the automatic renewal for the next billing cycle, and your package will not be automatically renewed.

Please note that refunds are not available for the current billing cycle that has already started. However, you can continue to enjoy the full service until the current cycle ends.
